Delivery and payment

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to dispatch our order within 3-5 days. If the product is not available, we will inform you about the estimated waiting time.

Delivery time vary depending on the country and shipping method.

Europe (incl. EU): Delivery 4-9 days

USA: Delivery 5-10 days

Canada: Delivery 5-10 days

Asia: Delivery 5-7 weeks

South America: delivery 6-8 weeks

Africa: Delivery 4-6 weeks

Australia: Delivery 6-9 weeks

Delays are possible during business hours. Packages received outside the EU may be subject to custom fees and taxes. Buyer is responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and import fees.

Now check your billing and shipping address. You can specify a different delivery address if necessary. Notify us of your change of address as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to security measures of the customs authorities and others. 

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we are not liable for impossibility of delivery.

Payment methods

*Bank transfer: Payment to the bank account. As soon as the transfer arrives it will be confirmed by e-mail, the order will be released and shipped.

* PayPal. Simply select the PayPal payment method during the order process. After submitting your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to make your payment. To pay with PayPal, it is necessary to set up a PayPal account.

* Credit or debit card online - prepayment for those who have a credit or debit card e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. When placing your order you will be automatically redirected to PayU / PayPal. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Most cards issued by Polish and foreign banks are accepted here.

* Klarna payment
